Systems we connect

You've already bought the systems. This is about the gaps between them.

Nothing here asks you to move platform. A route joins the systems you've already paid for, already trained people on, and already store your data in.

Where the work starts

Forms, inboxes, phone systems and portals — wherever a request first arrives.

Website and landing page forms
Shared and individual inboxes
Phone and voicemail systems
Customer and supplier portals
Spreadsheets used as intake

Where the record lives

The systems of record your business already runs on. We connect to them rather than replace them.

CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and similar)
ERP and job management systems
Finance and accounting platforms
HR and people systems
Document and file storage

Where people work

Automation is only useful if it reaches people where they already are.

Email and calendar
Slack and Teams
Project and task tools
Reporting and dashboards
Mobile, for field and site teams

Connection index

Check whether we work with your tools.

Search what you actually use. If something's missing, it usually still connects — this list is the common ground, not the limit.

The honest version

If it has an API, it can usually be routed.

Most business software can be connected. The harder question is whether it should be — whether the work moving through it repeats often enough, and predictably enough, to be worth the build.

Some systems genuinely resist automation: older on-premise software with no API, tools locked down by a vendor, or processes where the rules change every time. An audit will tell you that plainly rather than quoting for a workaround that breaks in six months.

Start with the work, and the systems follow.
